We are a firm of solicitors with offices based in Hellesdon, Norwich with over 10 years experience in providing specialist legal advice to elderly and vulnerable clients and their families.
Our expertise is in providing practical solutions where you, your parents or other relatives need care now or may in the future. We can answer your questions about who pays for care, what contributions the local authority or NHS should be making towards care costs and what to do if the person can not make decisions for themselves anymore.
We also understand the importance of thinking ahead and work with clients to plan for the future with our estate planning services. These include advising on tax planning, drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and considering options for reducing the cost of care in the future.
We regularly assist clients who have been appointed as an Executor of a Will or a Trustee of a Trust, for example with making applications for Probate, paying tax and dealing with the legal work involved in selling a house.
